QUESTION: Why does my computer go to web pages on its own?
ANSWER   : Your web browser has be “hijacked”. Install some anti-spyware/adware, restart your computer in “Safe” mode and perform a full system scan and remove any infections that are discovered.

QUESTION: Should I enable auto updates for Windows?
ANSWER   : We advise our customers to turn off auto updates and manually select only the updates that you research and are sure that will not create more problems than it solves.

QUESTION: Why does my computer go so slow?
ANSWER   : After a computer has been installed for a period of time, some normal maintenance should be performed such as deleting old e-mails no longer needed, emptying the recycle bin, removing unused programs and defragging the hard drive .
